"I waited for 10 minutes at the counter with no employees around to assist me. I looked in the open back room and checked the bathroom, but there were no workers to be found. As I walked out back, I noticed two employees chatting and having a good time behind the building. When I mentioned my wait time and the lack of workers, I was met with attitude from a rude employee who threatened to kick me out. I decided to leave on my own. Additionally, the building was uncomfortably warm inside and the refrigerated condiments for the sandwiches appeared to be spoiled. Overall, it was a terrible experience."

Horrible attitude from both ladies when asked a question and didn?t want to fix my food. Also stated I could leave if I didn?t like their attitudes

During lunch on 09/22/2021, two female employees were not wearing masks while chatting over the food. It is important for them to wear masks, even without a pandemic. Given the current situation, it is particularly concerning.

WOW!!!!! That?s the only way I can sum up my experience today! I was greeted with a smile and the service was TOP notch. We talked while my sandwhich was being made and the two women working were an absolute delight. On top of this, the toppings were well stocked and everything was VERY clean! I couldn?t rave more about this experience!

"If you are looking for a friendly, comfortable, delicious, clean place to eat, sit, work, and/or relax, American Falafel checks all of the boxes. The hospitality is unmatched and is consistent with every visit. The quality and authenticity of the food is equally consistent? complex in flavor, extremely reasonably priced, and the portion sizes are generous and filling. There are a variety of dishes and options to choose from, ranging from dips/spreads (great to share OR get them to go and bring to a party , shawarma wraps, and full plate ?skillet? type meals, which makes it an accessible dining experience based on how hungry you are, your food mood, or how much time that you have, though the food comes out quickly (without compromising quality or presentation every time. Though one can get dishes such as falafels and hummus many places around town, the intentionality and flavors behind Chef Feras?s authentic Jordanian street food approach really sets American Falafel apart. The falafels themselves are the most flavorful that I?ve tried *anywhere*, and each falafel ?bite? is about the size of a lemon (you can get 5 for $6 which could suffice as a meal by itself! New to food from this part of the world? Ask for a recommendation they?re so happy to help. Even if you just stop in to relax or say hello, owner Mohammed is always quick with warm greetings and a cup of seriously unmatchable hot Jordanian Bedouin tea with fresh mint. PS there?s wifi, outdoor seating, and they?re pup friendly. ???? ???? don?t wait! ???? ????????"
