Every dish we had, their comment was This tastes just right We ordered off of the regular menu, not the lunch menu, which seems to be more standard Americanized Chinese food.You don't go there for ambience, but for great food!Sichuan tends to be very spicy. Best BBQ pork I've ever had! Pretty sure they actually smoked it in house and I dont think I've ever come across that before. All of the food had great flavor and service was fantastic.

very tasty eating, smiling service. we ordered huge bowl of fresh, full of sweet wonton suppe, garlic gurkensalat, knödel and szechuan bark all great! Maybe the best suppe in the opposite?

We were looking for a kind of Dough Zone closer to Edmonds when we found this place by doing a Google search for Szechuan Wontons. Bingo!Forget the lunch specials; they're for Americanized Chinese food (orange chicken, beef broccoli). Go straight to the back of the main paper menu for some of the best spicy Wontons Dan Dan noodles. No more going to Bellevue!They have mapo tofu, too!
