"Taco Bell is one of my go-to fast food restaurants. I have visited this location multiple times and have always had a positive experience. Recently, I had ankle surgery and needed a handicap spot, but both were taken. I parked in a non-handicap spot further away from the entrance and noticed that the vehicles parked in the handicap spots did not have the necessary permits. One of the vehicles had its engine running with two people inside, but eventually, a Taco Bell employee came out and went back inside, causing the vehicle to leave.
