"I genuinely love Taco Bell, but they need to either train their staff to prepare the food correctly or adjust their marketing to be more accurate. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way; I’m probably just one of the few who has taken the time to voice it. If you choose Taco Bell, I urge you to really consider whether you're getting what you pay for. I understand that many companies prioritize profit margins over customer satisfaction, but it's time to rethink that approach! If I were in charge, I would prefer to have satisfied customers who keep coming back rather than those who leave disappointed and never return. It might lower your profit margins in the short term, but in the long run,...

I ordered a Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch with nacho cheese, but unfortunately, I received the wrong one, which was a bit disappointing. However, it was still tasty!

I ordered one burrito and a small drink, adding some extras to the burrito as well. It took them 10 minutes to give me the wrong burrito, and I waited an additional 20 minutes for a cup for my drink after being ignored by two staff members I tried to get their attention. Overall, the service was disappointing.

I ordered two crunchy tacos without lettuce and with extra cheese. Instead, I received two crunchy tacos loaded with extra lettuce and barely any cheese. To make matters worse, the two cinnamon delights I ordered were as hard as a rock. This has been my worst DoorDash experience so far, and it's my first time ordering from this restaurant. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

"I had high expectations that fell short. The crab cakes caught my eye when viewing the online menu before visiting. The restaurant/ bar was small and while we sat in the back the entry and bar section seemed to be crowded (more then to my liking . The place was dark, loud from other guest and the music playing. Service was great, our waitress was wonderful. I watched her serve the bar and guest seated at tables by herself and she did a fantastic job! Order the crab cakes, with side choices of mac n' cheese and Cole slaw, had onion petals for an app.Crab cakes were less then subpar. The lumps of meat the menu described were no where to be found, heck the crab might have been missing too. It was mushy and almost pureed baby food smashed into the shape of a burger. Was not impressed. The mac n' cheese had gigantic noodles, maybe 5, was not much at all. I think regular size noodles would have given me my moneys worth atleast. The Cole slaw was creamy, the highlight of my entire meal here. The onion petals were good too. The serving sizes here are small compared to the cost and quality of food I had.I have previously seen advertisement for a breakfast buffet here (Not sure if they are currently serving. And I was interested in trying, but after my dinner visit here I don't think I will be returning. I was actually very disappointed, because I thought I was really going to enjoy this newer establishment in the area,(based off newspaper ads and description of food on the menu my expectations fell very short."
