"Placed an order through drive-through for Taco Bell tonight. When I got home I was missing three items. I should have checked the bag like I usually do but I did not because I was kind of in a hurry. So I went back to the restaurant and had to go through the drive-through because the lobby is still closed. The employees were extremely nice and very apologetic about their mistake and corrected it fast and were super friendly. I see people on here saying that items were forgotten and they were treated poorly. But I wonder exactly how they approached the employees to tell them about it. Mistakes happen. You don’t know if these people are working more than one job or how many kids they’re takin...

Whoever the drive thru girl was at 1:35pm sept 12th really did a great job. Best taco bell experience I've ever had. Courteous, and polite. Great customer service. Food also was on point.
