"Had to edit my review. I gave this taco bell a 5 star review a few weeks ago and I give them 5 stars for tonight. Dining room closed at 10, I pull up at the drive through at 10:59. I was quickly served the most picturesque taco bell I've ever eaten. Check out my upload. I'm from San Antonio, Texas, and I never received an XXL stuft burrito like I did tonight. I was expecting bottom of the barrel and even apologized for being rude for ordering so late, but the wonderful staff made me feel unburdened by my request and gave me the best burrito I've had in my lifetime as a tex mexican. 10 stars for you taco bell of Johnstown. You earned yourself a regular. Keep it up! I'll be there!"

I cost the food, but left my hat on the table, from my car I saw a worker pick it up. No effort has been made to give it back to me

Really friendly woman greeted us like 30 minutes before closing and we got 3 soft tacos and a quesdilla. They were quick and friendly. This location deserves some more love

Extremely rude. I order 4 of the specials word for word from the menu and they act like they don't know what I'm taking about. Then when they finally figure it out they say the price is higher then the drive through menu says.... I take a picture to show them and Two employee's act getto and nasty rude like they can not understand. Ill be back, I visit multiple times a week and will be sure to fill out the survey on my receipt from now on as a negative response regardless. That was uncalled for.

"I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because the location seemed to be having some staffing issues the day I went. Me and my family (4 of us) went for lunch inside. Ordered at the kiosk. Order took 10+ minutes to make. We didn't have a huge order, but like I said they seemed short staffed. Got our food, we had no straws for the drinks, had to get up and find straws. Sat back down to realize I didn't have a fork for my bun-less burger (gluten sensitive). I got up to look if they had any out to grab, I couldn't find them. An employee was cleaning up out in the dining area and I asked them if they had any forks where I could grab one. He said go ask the person at the counter. I stood there and no one seemed to notice I was there. The person I asked about the fork then walked past me and into the back and started talking with another staff member. Nothing about me needing a fork. He then grabbed his coat and left his shift, me still standing there. I stood there for at least 5 more minutes before someone said oh your order will be right up to which I corrected them that I just needed a fork. She looked at her station and drive thu, no forks. She had someone go in back to grab more. They didn't have any. Didn't have any knives either. So I asked for a spoon so I could eat my burger patty with something besides my hands. I understand in this industry these sort of things happen so I wasnt greatly bothered. The employee that helped me by telling me to go ask at the counter, that then walked by me still waiting and then just got his coat and left after chatting for a couple minutes did bother me. That is just poor customer service. He couldn't be bothered to make sure that I was helped at all."
