"Just spent $35.00 on my order and it was not correct. I got a power bowl and the lid wasn’t even on top of my food ordered three soft supreme tacos and got one hard taco. The only thing that was correct was the 1 hard and 1 soft taco with no meat. Called to speak to the manager and of course couldn’t speak to the manager kept getting hung up on and I was polite didn’t raise my voice. The service at this location is absolutely horrible the customer service horrible I asked for mild sauce and the lady working in the drive thru was rude as well this location is on Parker rd and 367 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER"

I rarely get bad service at this location. Food is as good as it will be for a Taco Bell but the drive thru line moves and the orders are consistently right.

The woman wanted the Mexican pizza to go so far. This place is doing a good job with the food and she said everything was good. The staff is polite and the service is fast.

Eating was good, but the manager must know what's going on in his store. I always get my hard shell doubled in any place including this. When I asked that I was told about the cashier and manager, they won't do that if I did it at this point every time I visit. When I came to the window, I saw one of the younger assumptions that normally work, he said u did not get doubled shell. I'm just lol. The food is always good and service fast and friendly. All managers and employees only need to know what is offered at their locations.
