": I really don?t like leaving bad reviews but several times they have forgotten an item in the order. Or not putting something extra on a taco that I asked for. I asked for 2 nacho fries and I got one with 2 cheese sauces. I asked for the breakfast combosand didn?t get my hash browns. I asked for jalapeño sauce on my breakfast quesadilla and didn?t get any. I also didn?t get anyon my crunch wrap (which is the best part) and it has happened multiple times. Good thing I ordered an extra cup on the sidewhich I did get surprisingly. Just sad. Makes me thing they are thinking (what can I leave out for this person)"

I went through the drive through at 10:10 Am. the staff on dotty at this time refused to serve me u were clearly open it sad this stor dose business this way I had to go to Arby's thanks alot!!!

The Drive through line is always really long! There is no reason the inside can?t be open, even if you are short staffed. Customer service is horrible here too. Shakopee and Burnsville are the way to go.

Regularly get my order wrong and typically there is barely enough cheese sauce to cover the bottom of the cup it comes in. You'll be lucky if you get more than two words from anyone there. Do yourself a favour and drive down 42 to Nicollet and getexcellent service.
