This is the 3rd time in a row they forgot a product in my order. The lobby is closed so I did call and asked if they could just run the missing item to the door and hand it too me. They said no I have to go through the drive thru. Which the line is long and takes a while to get through. I said nevermind.

Literally every single time I order from Taco Bell, they forget the chips and cinatwists. Every time! Usually I can check the bag and tell them and they hand it to me, but when you get it delivered, you can't do that. Every time! I am not even exaggerating. Whenever I order no cheese on my tacos, they add cheese. I give up.

before I went to this taco bell location, I never really went to taco bell at all. I live over an hour away, if I ever want taco bell instead of the one that is 45 minutes away from me, I drive to this place. The workers who work the night shift are the kindest, hardworking people I know. I always ordered a slumber and nacho-Fries, but now the nacho-Fries are anyway I love you so much after a long day you young always cheat me because you are all so sweet and if I had the place I would give you all elevators.
