"I'm so angry today that I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I'm really angry and I have to let you guys know how bad this store is. I ordered a lunch for my dad on doordash at 12:30, then I sent a screenshot of the order to my dad for him to pick up. He had a long queue to the window but the staff said he had to check in at the drive thru entrance to pick up the meal. Okay, my dad pulled the car out of the drive thru and got back in line. Long queue again, this time, the staff said that you cannot use screenshots to pick up meals, they must see the mobile phone where the order was placed. It's crazy, I order lunch for my dad every day, I've paid for it online, my dad just needs to go...

Craving some Taco Bell? Find another location. This one has completely gone down the toilet. Their fountains drink are almost always out or broken it seems, they consistently botch both mobile and in-person orders (whether it's missing items or messing up special requests), drive-thru around lunch time is always at least a 30min wait, and you never know if the dining room will be open. The excuse is that they are short staffed and frankly, at this point, corporate should just shut this location down.

So I'm confused. it was about 10:45 and I was second in the line in the drive thru. the car before me was ordered there, no problem. then I went up and they said they were closed? I don't know why they took it before me. then I had to wait about 15 minutes behind the car in front of me while they paid, got to eat there and either chatted or attack the hired ones? anyway, I stopped at the window to ask when they closed, as it was like a strange time to say that they are closed. but they wouldn't open the window. I understand. I'm sorry, but not me.
