"We went there tonight to get food. My boyfriend got a Chipotle Chicken burrito of some sort and instantly after eating it developed what we now know is food poisoning. He said it tasted old and cold. The food inside of it was wilted and he had fullynoticed it halfway through eating it. The girl was also very rude at the window. Customer service was terrible, messed up several items from our order and we ended up having to wait 15+ minutes for them to fix the issue even though the place wasn't busy and the items should have been quick to replace so the few items that weren't messedup were cold by time the messed up items were fixed. The employees were all rude. Now I remember why I haven't had Taco Bell inover a year, our local Taco Bell is a nightmare.

Order for #2 soft tacos, 4 hard tacos, 1 Dorito taco and 2 and 2 drinks. When I received the order, I asked if everything was in the bag, he was told, but the bag did not look full enough. I wanted to drill the bag to be sure I had everything, I was asked to go on when I stopped the line. So pulled away and checked and the dorito taco was not included. I had to go in to get my order done. The person in the car thru window gave me a dirty look.
