"Not that you should have high hopes for any Taco Bell but this one is especially terrible. The Florence one is the best one I’ve been to honestly and that says a lot because it’s a Taco Bell. After seeing the commercials, we thought we’d try the breakfast crunchwraps. I ordered the bacon and egg one, while my bf got the sausage one. We checked the food before we left and NEITHER of them had the protein part. It’s in the name! How do you leave out the bacon or sausage?! So, my bf went back in and the guy cooking the food complained. Like bro, make the food properly the first time and you won’t have issues..? It’s not like they were busy at all. No one needed to rush and then evidently forget...

I just want to say that they are short staff, and it is very busy for them to really go beyond the way. It is like any fast food, although people just try to live and pay bills, so I understand mess ups, but the food was amazing and the customer service was amazing!! I just want to thank them for their hard work.

Food and service were great. Like most restaurants of these days; they are also short employees who made their service more impressive. You could say that they tried their best to take care of anyone without complaining or being too short with someone. To the lady who took my command; You can stop saying that you're sorry when I get in. I totally understand what you all do.
