"This is absolutely the last time I come to taco Bell in Glenmont. Had terrible service about a year ago, but I figured they got better and decided to give them another chance. Wrong. No one was at the counter and I saw them peeking around the corner but wouldn 't come to the counter. This for ex me to use the kiosk machine. I placed my order and then sat down. Submitted an online order and picked up in the drive through. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo box, nacho supreme and a few other items. The Crunchwrap supreme and nacho supreme were not included in my order. I was extremely unhappy when I returned home to see that the items were missing since those were the items that were of significant costs. I've had other issues with missing items at this location before and it seems to continue to happen. I wouldn’t be upset if it was a smaller item, but I spent about $30 on this order.
