"Got some pizza from them a week or so ago there was HAIR embedded in the pizza itself. Not just sitting on top, it was in the pizza dough. Completely disgusting. Today my mom bought some I didn’t tell her ab the hair. both pizzas she bought was hard obviously old. This place is disgusting."

"Workers are very rude and disrespectful!! Was not helpful in any way. Then they had to charge me for every little thing that I put on my sandwich. Because I ordered a sandwich that wasn't on the menu anymore. Instead of them telling me that they waited until after I ordered my sandwich and they made it. All I ordered was a chicken bacon ranch. You could clearly tell they didn't wanna be there. One of the workers was openly sick and coughing, and a few of the workers were talking about needing to take COVID tests."

"Heading home from a visit with my bro and made a pit stop at the always “family-friendly” fast food joint with three kids in tow. Food was nothing to rave about, but dependable. Service was mehnot necessarily friendly but didn’t give me much afterthought. What did, however, was the fact that they didn’t have a damn changing station. High chairs, yes, but no changing station in the men’s or women’s restrooms. I asked if they had one and the staff replied, “they took it out”. Mmmk. I was waiting for further explanation but got nothing nor did I ask because it didn’t matter at that point. If the franchise owner wants to jump in this convo, I’d be glad to chat. It’s just a ridiculous thing not to have especially in the locale and highway travel for constant pit stops and restroom breaks. And the obvious reason of, let’s see, supporting kids and parents. I understand if you don’t want to be a hub for bringing in people for the purpose of just using restrooms and making a run for it without food consumption at your owned restaurant. But let’s get over that. Be a good person and provide a changing station. Maybe go shadow a parent to have a sense of understanding. I promise it’s not just about the changing station at the end of this, it’s about being inclusive and accommodating for customers near and far for the umbrella of this giant family brand that McDonalds is. But perhaps, not this particular one. You tell me."
