"I accidentally placed an order using the app for this restaurant location in Chattanooga while on a work trip. It took 15 minutes in the drive-thru to receive my order, as there were no workers outside assisting with breakfast or lunch orders. The management at this location definitely needs to be changed, as my experience was solely based on their parking situation. This was my second catering order of the day from this location, and breakfast went smoothly. However, when I arrived to pick up my lunch catering order, I found the entire parking lot blocked off with orange cones, except for two spots designated for pick-up orders. With no other parking available, I had to park on the side of a curb. After waiting inside for about 10 minutes along with other customers waiting for their orders, I brought my food outside to my car. A worker then made a passive-aggressive comment about me blocking the area, despite there being no other parking available. I explained the situation, but the worker seemed unconcerned and questioned if there were still two cars in the pick-up spots. I do not understand how a busy restaurant like Chick-fil-A in this area can justify having only two available parking spots for pick-up orders. I do not recommend this location for pick-up orders."
