"It's my first time eating at Taichi, and we really enjoyed the experience! The staff members were super friendly, esp our waiter Stephen who helped us ensure we get our food in a timely manner and he was also so on top of things! The meat and vegetable options are extensive, compared to other places I've been. Everything was so delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more! :D"

Stephen’s Service is great ? he recommends an off-menu hotpot broth which is really good taste. Food is amazing as usual, one of the top shabu shabu in bay area . Highly recommended!Food: 5/5

Unlimited shabu shabu was good. Food quality and soup stock were also great. The restaurant is spacious and good for a large group. All the floor staff including Stephen were very kind and we definitely enjoyed the food and service.Food: 5/5

It’s our 2nd time visiting this place! Good as always. We got the Supreme AYCE and all the food are amazing! We were served by Stephen and Yuko (hope I didn’t spell their names wrong) and they actually care about if we are still hungry or not lollll. Super friendly and helpfulFood: 5/5
