"At the west end of Corktown in Detroit, this is a MUST DESTINATION!!! We ate, We drink, We laughed, made friends, met the staff, and will definitely return!! I have a ton more pictures but go take your own, you will not be disappointed! We didn't have to spend as much as we did but we couldn't stop trying dishes... We took home half of the seven courses we chose, and the unique drinks were outstanding!"

I regret not visiting this restaurant sooner. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked perfectly. The drinks were fantastic and the service was fast. I wanted to try everything on the menu!

This small, hidden gem offers delicious Asian fusion dishes and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly and well-informed. Make sure to try the ribs and green papaya salad (just a heads up, they are quite spicy) - both dishes are exceptional.

takoi is not like any run of the mill american thai restaurant (and despair of 5 stars.) the atmosphere is cool and intimate. you eat is inventive and the aromen are wonderfully complex. excellent drinks too. look at the menu and they will see themselves, it is excellent, absolutely worth a visit.
