"My granddaughter and I have made this a late spring tradition her birthday is April 19 and my April 20! We enjoy having a girl 's lunch at this charming tea room. Our favorite is the chicken salad but the scones and pastries are heavenly. Quite a lovely experience and one I look forward to each year (granddaughter is now 22 and engaged so I hope she 'll want to keep the tradition going for many years to come)."

Absolutely fantastic. Employees are knowledgeable about the history of the house and the menu. Gorgeous interior and fine china. The Tea Trolley gets busy even on weekdays, so definitely make a reservation. This is a must visit for anyone enthusiastic about tea, scones, or quiche.

Housed in an early 19th century home, this tea house has the perfect setting for families or friends to gather. Very relaxing, with a broad range of teas. The scones are very tasty and served warm. They offer high tea as well as a la cart soup, salad, or sandwiches. The staff are well trained, pleasant, and friendly. My friends and family all love it here.
