"A small water was $4. Is that standard nyc price? I get businesses have to stay open but I think he charged me for a big water bc when I asked he said the big one is $4 so I asked if I could go get the big one then and he said no the big one is $5. Also my everything bagel had like one poppy seed one sesame seed and barely anything else, tasted like a plain bagel. They’re even schiesty about the bagel seasoning! And barely any cream cheese. Will not return."

My go-to bagel place every weekend! The service is always super quick and the bagels are great. A lot better than the more well known bagel places in the neighborhood.

I tried placing an order for pickup and they hung up on me claiming I’d never show up. What kind of business operates like that? That’s super unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received.
