"Truly a diamond in the rough . It's very hard nowadays to find real, fresh food at a reasonable price, but this place manages to do so. I'm a very picky eater, which usually gets a lot of eye rolls and things like that whenever I go out to eat. This place , treats you as every customer should be treated. They never once gave me the impression that I was wasting their time or that I was making them impatient. The staff is phenomenal and the food , as I said , is everything you could possibly wish for. The only thing I would wish for for this place is earl grey tea, for them to be open at night ! I understand why they close so early , but they would make so much money off of my boyfriend and...

Great eatery in walden ny located on orchard Street. Great menu selection with fresh bistro style meals. Quality and quantity on food is there. Fair prices too. Also friendly staff who are pleased to help. Highly recommend going here.

Had a wonderful breakfast with my wife atBarnside this morning. We visit Walden almost every summer and while I love it, it is somewhat lacking in the decent restaurant department. It looks like that may be changing. I had a turkey lurkey breakfast wrap-egg whites, Boars Head turkey, spinach, and avocado. It was terrific. My wife had a bacon and cheddar omelette which she said was excellent. They make a good cup of coffee too. Service was very good, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Very reasonably price as well. I hope they continue to do well so we can come back next summer.
