"We have a tradition of having Holiday Tea in Boston. This was our first time at the Boston Public Library and it was really lovely. The room is elegant with high ceilings, lots of white tablecloths and silver chandeliers, and the traditional three tiered serving dish comes to the table. The food was amazing the scones, especially the cinnamon scones, with cream, jam, and lemon curd were divine. The lobster salad mini sandwiches were also delicious. It was a little loud. That was our only complaint. The service was great and we liked walking around the library after the tea to see the courtyard and John Singer Sargent murals."
