Our server didn't come around very often, forgot to replace our silverware, and didn't serve the drinks I asked for (I asked for the sake pairings only from the beverage pairing, to be paid for individually . The woman who initially seated us graciously checked on us and replaced the original sake pairings with new recommended sake pairings for the dishes I still had coming.
