"Overall it was lovely. Friendly staff, cute settings. But I can 't give it 5 stars because there were just a lot of arbitrary rules. You don 't go to afternoon tea because you 're hungry, you go for the experience. So it really breaks the experience when you hear we can 't give you this tea in that kind of cup or we can give you two teas but not if one of them is this tea and this tea is per person but this one the whole table has to order, and we can 't give you a pitcher of that Even the staff (who were very nice) got confused and no two of them seemed to know all of the rules or follow the same rules. Still had a lovely time, just not the best."

From the moment you walk in and hear the charmingly creaky wooden floor you are pampered with a traditional English tea. It's just a lot of fun to spend a couple hours and pretend you're across the pond!

Initially I was turned away s I was wearing shorts and they have a no short policy which is perfectly understandable. The sweet treats and tea were delicious but it’s the atmosphere that really impressed, understated comfort and style with an international clientele. Definitely worth a visit if your in Doha.
