I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, but the renovations really impressed me. The food was much better than I remembered, and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I will definitely be returning!

"Very good experience! We chose this place blindly through the reviews and we were not abandoned! I had the fillet that was perfect! We also tried the baked goat cheese and are now big fans of goat cheese! Her homemade oil mixes are also fantastic and the waiting staff was great. Our only complaint was that the hostess came back to us for a long time. We went to an empty entrance and waited and waited, no idea where she was! "Sweet diner inside and outside. Retro-Decor: vinyl albums, 8 track and cassette tapes, vintage metal punch boxes and old license plates line the walls. A mounted wall TV played Brady Bunch shows all the time. It was mother's day and many customers were out, so it was pretty crowded. Limited space between some of the interior tables made it difficult to navigate waiters and customers easily. (Possible another configuration of the tables right of the door could help a bit. Very extensive menu: I chose the Welshaus. (Sorry no photo). The fish was a generous part and delicious, but personally I would have preferred less bread. I liked the shoestring style frits and my husband said the Koleslaw was delicious. The outdoor seating is available and the hotel is well maintained."

"On the way to the airport, Siri considered a way to the best Indian restaurant near the Indianapolis airport and the approach led us directly to the front door of India Bistro! We had the buffet together with the Chai Marsala. The Naan was fresh and warm and the various dishes were very good! To complete everything, the staff were fun and friendly!! Five stars safe!!"

"Good local eatery in Plainfield. I stopped in for breakfast a little while back on the way to visit relatives. Had a skillet with a side of toast, which was all well made and hit the spot. My server was very sweet and upbeat, and the gentleman working the register had a kindly demeanor as well. The decor and style is somewhat basic, but it is nice and clean nevertheless. Well worth the stop!"

"I just stopped here a little more than a half hour ago. I am glad I made a great choice ! I had the rib tips and they were OUTSTANDING !! The sweet sauce that has a hint of pepper in it was the perfect compliment for the ribs !! I loved it !!!! It is now one of my three favorite places in Indy for barbecue !!!! The people who worked there were nice also !!"
