"All of the food was COLD besides the steak which was LUKEWARM. I was never asked by my server how the food was after getting it remade, it was still cold but I ate one of the three tacos because I was starving. Ended up taking them home, reheating them and attempting to eat them but they were so bland and flavorless I threw them away. My daughters macaroni and fries were cold but we couldn't wait another 15 minutes to feed her so I let her eat it. The elote is not elote at all it's literally just corn with cheese, no seasoning or sauce like traditional elote is made. The brussel sprouts, which took far too long to come out as an appetizer were extremely salty. The service was not good, especially for her to be an older women with serving experience I'd assume, she was not at all attentive and didn't seem to care that even after she brought my remade order, it was barely touched. Spent $87 on a terrible meal."

"I can't remember what the court was called, but I always get the menu 151. All restaurants go with the same numbers in this chain, and I'm very sorry that I couldn't help anymore. However, they have a chicken soup and of course I forget this name, but it is also excellent. All employees are very friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted. Food here for many years and also around Tiffin and both restaurants are excellent"

"I ordered 3 pizzas and some subs online today for the family. when I got my order, two of the pizzas were different from what I ordered. as a Super-Hingry, I called the load to fight. wyatt took up and I started with I had ordered 3 pizzas .. before I could even finish he apologized and said we recognized the error and already have the replacement order come. what amazing customer service he and the driver, they have earned my business for living!"

"Arby's delivered everything I ordered, which is something I don’t often experience. The food was hot, so props to Mary for that. What impressed me the most was that when I ordered mozzarella sticks, Arby's actually included the sauce. I really appreciated that!"
