"My name is Darrah Madang, I used the ATM the morning of November 3, 2023. I was supposed to receive 160.00 and it dispensed 80.00. I spoke with a representative I'm the store she said this happens all the time and to give it 24 hrs. It's not back on my card, I did speak with the manager Tonya who said sonoco doesn't own the ATM, I told her I needed to know who owns it. She wasn't helpful the number on the machine isn't helpful either. I told her to review the camera you can see me get the money and count it, there was only 4 twenties, I have my receipt. I need to know who owns this machine, I want my money. I work to hard, I'm contacting the BBB, OSHA, AND DHEC about this location."
