"It was a pleasure meeting Keith on Sunday. We traveled from Connecticut to attend a graduation ceremony at JMU. First business, southern BBQ. I called Wolf's fixins to find out how they weren't open for business. He explained that I was a huge BBQ fan and had just traveled over 400 miles, Keith offered friendly what he had left from his Saturday catering event. On Sunday morning we met with this very friendly man who was obviously already excited about this restaurant. He presented me and my wife over 2 lbs Plork shoulder, 3 lbs beans and a pound of Coleslaw, along with rolls and bottles of his sweet and spicy sauces. Had some Q and Sausages on the Boot'vil Event. Had some meals at home. This is a well-drawn pork grill! Just the right amount of smoke, not overcooked. Plain, or with your favorite sauce, it cannot be beaten!!

I have a short preview on Sunday in the Restoration Church. I was blown away from everything that was served all the way to (and above all) the sauces! This is the first time I've ever loved commercial potato salad! D-LISH! Can't wait until you're all open!
