"very rude staff and undercooked food then had an attitude towards us then continued to argue with us while on the clock and told us we could meet her outside after her shift, didn't get her name but she was blonde with highlights and terribly caked on mascara. WILL NOT be coming back!"

Absolute love coming to Tropical. Usually stop here on Fridays for a cool treat to kick off the weekend. And it never disappoints !! The service is so good and all the workers are super nice. if you’re a smoothie person, this is the spot for you !

"we experienced oriole in the last night of the inside restaurant in chicago. in every moment of the night I felt that the staff put every ounce of effort into their work. the service and eating were exceptional. it is really clear that it is an environment in which everyone wants to succeed together that night. it will be a long winter, but I can't wait to return when the dinge gets better. sincerely amazing."

"Amazing service and atmosphere. The food was incredible. We got the 24 oz bone in tuna steak, hamachi crudo, crab cake, and the asparagus and mushrooms. The tuna steak was the best piece of fish I have ever eaten. They also sent us a dessert on the house for my fiancés birthday which was so nice and appreciated! We will be back and we will recommend rpm seafood to many others."
