"Overhyped and terrible service. I’ve been wanting to come here for months because of the reviews I saw on social media, the ‘mouth-watery food’ I saw, and this was such a big let down. Our sandwiches came out so soggy. The grilled cheese brisket had a funny flavor. Wings had a soy sauce flavor? It was just a general, off putting restaurant. The OLD server with the white hair buzzcut extremely dismissive. Asked for a to go box, looked at me and walked away. We asked for the bill, looked at me, and walked away immediately. Was grumpy as soon as we sat down. Which is why there was no tip left for him; this is generally never the consensus from the table but we ALL agreed his service was terrib...

Cute brunch spot with a bomb signature burger with a thicc slab of juicy mac n cheese. Super friendly staff! Will be back!

The food is probably great but telling someone 20mins after waiting that their food hasn’t even been started cause there is more important bigger orders (mind you it wasn’t even a small order) IS UNACCEPTABLE you can’t play with ppls time and life like that!!!!!!!!

Due to the restaurant’s schedule, it was difficult for my boyfriend and I to coordinate a day that the restaurant is open and us being free. However, after months and months of trying to dine in, we finally did it today. The wait was well worth it, we devoured our food in 15 minutes haha. Everything was cooked deliciously and we were full at the end of our dine in. We would definitely love to come back. Our server Cherry or Cheri was so nice. Definitely recommend to try out at least once!

"Loved the atmosphere, the attention to detail and service we received. Wasn't overly impressed with the food. I had steak tail, it was cooked very good, but for the pricing point I think I should have been wowed by it. We've eaten at several other restaurants with this pricing and had a better meal. The wine was delicious I was glad they had a sweet wine to choose. Our other meal was salmon it was good, but again nothing that knocked my socks off. I would definitely dine here again with the superior service looking for a nice place to eat, but I might look somewhere else if I am looking for better food."

"Unfortunately they were out of the Lobster Roll, the very reason we went to this restaurant. I was not informed of this until after we ordered drinks and appetizers. I feel we should have been informed upon receiving menus to order. Also tables are very close together and you can hear quite clearly the conversations next to you, some of which are very rude and inappropriate not including the profanity!"

"Last minute reservation for our party of ladies who had just met at a conference. The environment was inviting, service was excellent and personalized to our group. Our server was professional and fun tailoring her service to meet our personalities. Food was as expected…delicious and perfect. I had the sea bass. The salmon Oscar was phenom. But my favorite had to be the crème brûlé…. So yummy perfect way to end our late dinner and eve. Looks forward to returning at next visit"

"Beer as good as any Brewery in the area…service oof you can do so much better even just by walking 50’ it’s definitely their weakest point bringing it way down on the places you should check out (most bars serve their beer skip it and go elsewhere) Clarification for response: Bartenders paid more attention to their friends and coworkers than their customers (if you know who works here I’m sure you get great service), at bar seating with no one in line and bartenders chatting and an empty glass had to go to the register to even have a chance at being recognized in order to get a drink (yes they serve people at the bar directly without being in line), very patient very calm but bartenders and other employees couldn’t care less this all equals bad service imo everyone is free to make up their own minds."

"Yesterday was our first time eating at Ferraro‘s. I am happy to say it will not be our last time. From the start of the experience the wait staff the food the drinks everything was top-notch. Our server Virgilio was extremely knowledgeable about all of the food on the menu. He was able to make very good recommendations to us and was extremely personable making you feel like family. He is also the person to talk to if you’re interested in the old Las Vegas.The chef Mimmo comes into the dining room and visits with all of the customers. The homemade pasta is truly delicious and when I mentioned to the chef that I was sorry I couldn’t order the gnocchi in addition to the meal that I did order, he sent out a plate of gnocchi for my husband and I to enjoy. They were the lightest and most delicious gnocchi I ever had truly melted in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes delicious Italian food."
