"I was charged for two drinks but only received one. The drink that was given to me was mostly water and unappetizing. The rice container was only half full and the curry had spilled everywhere because it was placed on its side in the bag. The quality of the food did not justify the $40 I paid. Additionally, I was shocked at the price of two small drinks, which was almost $7. The portion size was small and overpriced. My recent experiences at this restaurant have been consistently disappointing. I cannot afford to waste money on food that is not up to par, especially when it is clear that the staff does not put in the required effort. I simply want to receive what I paid for and have my food served properly, rather than being tossed in a plastic bag. It is not too much to expect proper service."

"We visited this restaurant almost two years ago for lunch, and the Prime Rib Sandwich served to us was so unappetizing that we couldn't bring ourselves to eat, taste, or even pay for it! On a recent trip to Vernal, we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the food was still overwhelmed with an excessive amount of spices and especially cheese, giving the impression that the chef had just come from Chuck E. Cheese. The Queso Blanco was decent, but the tortilla chips were so burnt that they seemed like they had just returned from outer space. While reading through some reviews, I came across one woman who praised this place as the best in town. If you have the palate of a wild hog, you might agree with her. We travel from Naples, Florida to Seattle, WA twice a year, and I can confidently say that Swain Brothers serves some of the worst food we've encountered along the way."

"A week ago on the way to Park City. We enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast! The coffee, cookies and gravy and bacon were delicious! We felt very happy because it is one of the few places that are open on Sunday in Utah. But even more luck was that we found delicious food and friendly people. A few days ago on the way home for lunch. Everyone remembered us. It felt like home! The patty melt was so good and the chicken noodle soup was the best I ever had. The noodles are homemade! We would come to Vernal to eat and visit here! Thank you for serving us at both ends of our journey! The Meekers"

"I always doordash from Cafe Rio and they usually always do well but this time was awful. They packaged the food terribly to where a bunch of brown water was all over our food and the bag. And the Nachos were bad. Salad is always good tho!"
