"Souly Vegan serves up a mean plate of Jackfruit BBQ. It has a little bite, so be warned. The Mac and Cheese is the best I've had. It should not be missed. The greens we're tasty as was the cornbread. Others in my party had the spicy chickpea and candied yams and plaintains as sides and enjoyed all of it. My only critique would be that the service was a little slow. To be fair there was only one person working the front of the house greeting, seating and taking orders. They could use a hand there and a little updating of the physical space. It's a bit like Cosmic Cantina, you come for the food, not the decor."

Random find on our way into Raleigh. Concur isn't from I 40. Relaxed atmosphere. Great food! We loved everything we tried. Best house salad I've had in a bit, tasty mock jerk chicken the heavenly plantains! So good I had to get some to go.

Soul Good Vegan Cafe has sadly closed as of December 2020. The location has since turned into another vegan restaurant, unrelated to the first, that similarly serves awesome vegan food from healthy to soul!
