"It's taken too long, but we finally made it to Vintage 53 this past weekend. The wine selection is great, the pours are generous. The charcuterie was delicious... A couple of things, though, could use some work. First of all, the place looks fantastic, but the echoes off the hard surfaces really make communication nearly impossible unless you're sitting right next to someone. And it was that loud with maybe half the room full. I know that's partially because I'm getting old, but it's also a function of the acoustics of the room.
