"My first experience trying vitality bowls at a different location was disappointing. I decided to give it another try, thinking it might have just been that particular location, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I encountered the same issues of low quality, bland flavor, and soupy bowls that lacked thickness. The food was unappetizing to the point where I didn't want to eat it at all, so I won't be giving this chain any more chances. Additionally, their prices are not competitive for the poor quality of açaí dishes they offer."

I visited the restaurant on June 28th and was greeted by the manager who was very professional and provided excellent service. She even helped me decide what to eat since I was unsure, and let me tell you, my lunch was delicious and made with care. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if she is working. The service was great, and I will definitely be returning.
