The food was excellent and the performers were enthusiastic. The show isn't super authentic, but was enjoyable. The service was very good. I did take issue with our 11 year old being charged as an adult, and also being charged a fee for alcohol and sales tax on alcohol sales. Despite the fact they were billing for a minor, they say this is just how their billing works and they would not take the charges off. Adults are served unlimited mai tais, beer or wine, seemed like a rip-off to be charged...

One of the best buffet dinners I've ever eaten. Fresh, creative, and diverse choices. I've now attended both the Disney Polynesian luau and the Wantilan luau and rate the Wantilan as better value for the money. Also recommend spending the extra money (less than $10 per person) for preferred seating at the first two tables to see the show up close. The dancers were amazing!

Event was overpriced for the food and show experience. I should have researched the venue before booking. The event takes place under an outdoor tent and you sit at folding tables and chairs much like a wedding reception. Tables are large seat 12 so difficult to have a conversation over the meal. I did not realize that children aged 10 12 were also charged at the adult price, which was a bit disappointing as my two kids ate from the kid buffet of mac and cheese and chicken nuggets. The adult buffet was satisfactory but nothing special. No desserts appropriate for kids.
