"I visit Louisville, where we have a pretty brilliant Korean joint, this place is even better! Spacious portions, great service! I stopped on Tuesday, was so impressed by the beef bulgogi, I came back today for the Boggi cheese Pommes... I was a bit comprehensible, but they're crazy! I've been in ROK 18 times while I was in the military, and her boggi is at least as good as anyone I had there!"

"Went in with my husband for supper, the food was great, the server was running around trying to accommodate about 12 tables of people. He was short and to the point which was expected with so many tables. The food was great so we decided to buy a certificate for a friend. The same server was our check out guy. We paid and asked to pay for a $40 certificate as well. He pulled out a piece of paper from under the desk wrote on it. There were clear lines for pricing, name, and signature. He signed slipped it into an envelope handed it to us. We watched him do it so we didn’t even consider pulling it out of the envelope, we just slipped it into the gift bag for friends. Our friends tried to use it the restaurant said they could not accept it. Little did we realize that on the opposite side of the paper, it was a certificate for nail necessities they claim to have never seen it before. They would not stand by their word even when shown proof for the date we purchased. All I can say is be careful. We will never be going back again."

"So we ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 fry and 1 salad. Specifically asked for a number of Arby's sauce and were told we couldn't get that many. Instead of giving us what they would allow, they gave us none. Zero. Husband and granddaughter have gone back to get sauce. Course it means our food will now be cold. If I wanted a plain old roast beef sandwich I'd save and make it at home. It's the sauce that we like! It's what makes arbys, arbys. They are only allowing 1 per sandwich. We won't be coming back. Post on your sign no sauce available."

"Please be aware this McDonald’s is always busy!! The staff works really hard to get people through the line and get their orders correct. However when doing mobile curbside orders it can take up to 30 minutes to get your order after you put in your parking spot number. I’ve been here four times for mobile pick up and each time I’ve waited 30 minutes or over for my order. I’m not sure if the drive-through was ever any shorter than 30 minutes since it goes almost around the building. I’m not sure if there’s a staff shortage or if the population of the community is overwhelming to this location but I am grateful for the people who are working and trying to get people their food."
