"The staff and store doesn't seem to be able to utilize their delivery process. Literally a three minute drive and they couldn't deliver it on a Friday night! Then they claimed the app didn't put the order through correctly so they fixed it, but they didn't really. But I got charged correctly! After waiting over an hour they tell me call customer service for a refund. What a horrible experience with no food and waiting on a refund when they feel like it."

I personally love whataburger. The burguers are always good and its normally fast. This place was decently clean in comparison to others I have gone, wish is always a big thing for me.
