"Last two times I got orders to go my food was missing some of it and two times I tipped $20 and didn't check food got home didn't have any sides no roll just meat. So I'm checking my order from now on right there lol but it's super good food meat. And the people working there are so awesome they're very friendly very nice young people."

This is not bbq. I am from Texas and know good bbq. The brisket was not smoked. Seemed oven cooked. It did not have any flavor and was chewy.

Whitt's was amazing! The staff, the atmosphere, and especially the food was hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had in my life. They became an instant favorite of my wife and myself and we'll return every time we're in Ruidoso.

Sampled brisket and sausage, on par with any BBQ for my native homeland of Texas. Fried okra was excellent and bread options a welcome plus. The biggest surpise was the green beans, most excellent buttery finish. I will be adopting the inclusion of diced potatoes into my own family's recipes.
