"as the title already says, a family-run hotel (5 rooms) with adjoining restaurant. the modern rooms with wlan and the international cuisine of the restaurant know to inspire! during my many service trips to gifhorn I have tried many hotels before location and for me fuchsbau is the best address in gifhorn for overnight and for eating. a small insider tipp is the restaurant for fuchsbau on all cases. the food is beautifully dressed and the eye is of course with. the service staff is very well trained and has always had an answer on many questions.

eating in restaurant is very good. the foods were freshly prepared and have tasted excellent. the prices are reasonable. the fuchsbau is idyllic and you can really relax well. the service is very personal and it is fulfilled to any desire.
