"I called to place a order for pick up, about half an hour before they closed, I wanted a HOT turkey sandwich with gravy, I was told they, were out of turkey gravy and wouldn 't make more, even when I asked if they could and how long did it truly take I was told it takes 20 minutes, but still no one would make it. I myself am a cook in a restaurant and if I had no gravy and was 10 minutes from closing, I 'd make the gravy and be told to do so by my boss. I ended up ordering an ultimate BLT and it had very little bacon, so if that is a MORE of everything option it different lacked in every sense of the word!
