"we have made a reservation. it was for the table in the back room. nine people and a high chair. that was four days ahead. in the morning we called our reservation for nine people and confirm a high chair. both paintings, gave the name of our reservation was under. the time was about 15 o'clock. at 15 o'clock, exactly. we arrived. what have we seen? a large group of people eating in the backroom, at the table we had kept. the restaurant staff told us we had to wait. we waited 15 minutes, then it was said that we can't have the back. they would put together tables in a crowded area. we sat our party and the waitress let us know she was aware of our reservation. she said a party of nine came in a few hours earlier and the restaurant suspected that the party we were about 1 watch? they did not ask if the group had a reservation and did not ask any name. she said after they left. another large group of people sat down. again, the restaurant did not ask if they had kept and did not ask for a name. the last of our nine people came to the restaurant and said we can't stay. it's too full in this opposite. we have an unimpeded baby our party shrunk to eat 6 people and not eat a baby. although our party is shrunk, we were still calculated 18% for the congratulate, automatically. how to eat? only two complain. first someone in our party asked for a replacement in fries. instead of regular, she wanted cute kartoffel fries. the waitress said she could do that, but we would pay $1 extra. no problem. no problem will get the review. the substitution was not $1. it was $2.50 why didn't the waitress return to give us the heads up when she found out? that would have been right restaurant label. second, my man ordered a reuban grill. Apparently, the chef doesn't know how to make a reuban. there was no sourd, no sauce, no cheese. the meat sandwich costs my man almost $18! still something. four of us ordered cheese for our pommes. two people didn't get a cheese for their pommes. The waitress was found until then. all the others at the table were half finished their food our large family has gone to this restaurant for over 30 years. the two times before this current time. we were not happy. this time, her last chance was to prove that they had not gone downhill. they have failed. we will find another restaurant for our family."

"We went in at about 3 PM. A QR code in their lobby takes you to a menu. Their website lists another menu. Both menus advertised lunch prices before 4 pm. We waited several minutes for their staff to put us at a table even though only two tables in the place were occupied and all tables had linens and silverware at them. Ten minutes later, another couple came in and were told to sit anywhere Huh? The place was dark, but not dark enough to hide some peeling wall paper. We concluded that the floors probably weren't dirty though, based on someone running a vacuum cleaner about 15 feet behind me for 5 minutes. I always thought restaurants cleaned before or after hours, but I'm no restauranteur. The waiter eventually came by and gave us dinner menus. We asked for lunch portions but were told he's not doing that anymore We were hungry so we stuck around. My plate of spaghetti (no salad) came out quickly and was good. Her Moro Salad was brought out and tossed table-side about 5 minutes after my spaghetti, which had started to go cold; her salad was good too. No complaints about the food, other than the portions being less than generous for the prices. To sum up, the service was pleasant and fair, but certainly not worth the disproportionately high prices charged. We wound up having to pay $48 (plus tip), $14 more than what was posted on their website... for a plate of spaghetti and a dinner salad plus one soft drink. And don't ask for lunch prices anymore, I presume; he's not doing that any more. It might be advisable for them to save up the extra money, call an IT guy, and fix the menus behind the QR code and website so that they are not misleading. More cynical people might even refer to it as a bait-and-switch, especially when you know about the inconsistency. Oh, yes, I noticed later that the two menus (QR and on-line) were inconsistent with each other and with the printed menu. No, we are not going back."
