"We were there on Sundays for late lunch. The place was very crowded but we were still very quickly served by the attentive waiters. All extra requests were met. The food was fresh and perfectly seasoned!! We like to come back!"

"Nice owner, delicious ice creams and a small piece of Italy in the heart of the Old Village city centre. It is worth a visit in summer as well as in winter and again and again a small highlight at a shopping trip in the center. On warm days, you should plan a little more time than on cold or wet days and not be deterred from the huge snake in front of the street sales window and set up there to enjoy the super delicious ice cream. Absolute must and highly recommended."

"We were eating in Maharaja today and are delighted. A great Indian restaurant, something hidden, but beautifully centrally located in Altdorf. The menu offers a lot of choice and the food was excellent. Really great! The operators are also very child-friendly. We definitely come back!"
