"Since I particularly appreciate crispy duck on vegetables with a red curry coconut milk sauce on Asian cuisine, I went to Hanover to find out what restaurants this is offered. So I came to this Bistro Kinh do, which is somewhat inconspicuous towards Kirchhorst directly on the main road. The next door is a Greek restaurant, which is currently largely closed, so you can use the parking lot of this restaurant to pick up ordered dishes in the Asian bistro. I did this three times last month and must say that this court (No. 44 on the map) is excellently prepared there. The red curry chocolate milk sauce is thick and picantly prepared in the usual Asian shepherds as they know Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. The duck is crusty, not fat and plentiful and lies on a vegetable bed, but something soy-protected. I certainly wasn't there the last time. Pickup takes place without problems, but can not be paid with card, but only cash. The dishes are packed without aluminium, so that they can be easily heated again even on longer arrival in the microwave. In principle, the sauce is delivered separately so that the duck comes to the table really crispy. To the current Covid-19 situation: front in the guest room is properly worn by the employee mask, also disinfectant is available directly after the entrance. Unfortunately, I cannot check how the culinary experience in the bistro feels on site, as I only met the restaurant after the lockdown phase. The service was always friendly, telephone order is possible and the dishes are freshly prepared in time. If you order locally, it can be that you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes as the restaurant is well visited, with the award of the numerous guests already a quality seal for the kitchen there."
