"This BBQ place is phenomenal. You can see the hard work that goes into the food preparation as it 's cooking right beside you as it has an inside/outdoor atmosphere. The BBQ pit is outside smoking right before your eyes. It 's always a good time wether your looking to snack light with a beer or get enough to fill your belly. Definitely a must try. Oh yeah. "First time trying this place. I ordered picadillo and assumed it to have bell peppers and onions mixed in as picadillo traditionally has but it was just meat and potato and no corn tortillas as requested. This is the presentation of a to-go orderright out of the restaurant. We spent nearly 40$ for this plate and 2 menudos I’ve never eaten inside and would hope theywould take more care of plates with customers eating inside. But it did not make me feel confident on eating inside. Also was afight to get our change back as the employees were giving the run around so a manager had to come and bring the change. With howcute the place looked on the outside I thought of a different experience hopefully they make some changes. Las Palmas restaurantis nearby on George Dieter and I highly recommend this place for service, presentation and amount being served."

"I placed an online order and it stated there was curbside pick up I called about 13 times no one answered. Then for the 14th time someone did and they stated they don’t bring the food outside. You guys need to remove curbside ordering if people don’t want to follow directions and do their job. I have a sprain ankle and I did curbside because it was convenient so I don’t walk . Terrible service"

"We were traveling from Western Kansas to our home near Grand Lake. We stopped at Kristy’s for lunch because it was the first cafe we saw.Wow! From the first sip of the delicious coffee, everything was amazing! Freshly baked bread is used for the sandwiches. I had a smoked turkey BLT, and it was wonderful. My husband had the Cincinnati Chili spaghetti and said it was the best of his two favorites combined. Kristy’s looks like a simple, small-town cafe, but the food is out of this world!"

"Service at checkinhostess not great....said I had Opentable and said they don't use it, lucky not busy and table not an issue. Don't know what that's all about when made reservation and got email confirmation from there. Service at table very good as was food. Restrooms were closed due a leak but when I did use were very datd and vents in ceiling covered with dust so needs to have some spruce upcleaning to keep up with all the steak places just down street on Mesa street"
