"this location has terrible customer service. the first 10 stood for 10 minutes before someone recognized me. while a person stood right in front of me folding boxes did not say that she just looked at me, then when a woman finally helped me, she had the evil attutid. No one had ever had on a name tag so that woman was with red tipped hair must return even though customer service training because she rude. she commanded me, didn't say a word had gone. I would never eat at this place ever."

"at the last weekend ordered for my older parents online. did not ask for any soss because it makes mother sick. the pizza had sauce, but no cheese. was asked to wait 15 minutes while roasting the pizza. 2. pizza had no cheese sauce. was asked to wait another 15 minutes for a third pizza. had it without complaining. 3. pizza was right. I only took 55 minutes. we really like mr jims when they get it right, so we gave them the advantage of doubt and also ordered at this weekend. I was not there so the older order delivery online. no sose. sardels on the side. the order was delivered 40 minutes later. sauce without cheese. not sardelle. when they said that the order was not correct, the staff was very short with the older and said it would be at least 45 minutes to rotate the pizza because they are very busy. two hours later they got a pizza without anchovy. customer service at this place leaves much to be desired. we have been good customers for many years. answer as “I’m sorry. we will give them free sardels next time” are unacceptable. answer how “can we get it right next time” are unacceptable. make them better man jim on the n davis road!"

The food was outstanding, with perfectly sized portions. The quality of the fish we ordered—branzino and salmon—was exceptional, and the preparation made for a delightful dining experience. "This restaurant is one of the few located near us so we decided to give it a try. The Thai tea was super strong but delicious! The Drunken noodles Level 1 may be too spicy for those who can't handle spice, but it was manageable for me and I loved it with tofu! The fried pork belly with white rice was made delicious by the sauces that came with the rice. I would recommend eating this dish inside rather than for takeout since the pork belly wasn't crispy anymore."

If you see an empty table, grab it even if it's not full! Both their breakfast menu and the lunch menu are very pleasant. To call this place, a hole in the wall is an insult, and to say its portion sizes are generous is an understatement! You have pancakes as big as your head, and burgers who ask you whether it is humanly possible to prevent your pine that first glittering bite of pure meat pleasure. "this small barrel shop has a living interieur with all kinds of colorful paintings and decor. the service is really good, they are very helpful in looking for what ever diet options they need. the menu is clearly marked with vegan and vegetarian options for ramen, only the rarmen are good, we ordered and it was in approx. 3 minutes, but my noodles were a bit too uncooked and had a hard texture. I also had a blown no bubbles, it was okay, but at the end tasted a little chemically. I think they taste with syrups."

"I am born and raised in Arlington and this is my favorite place since I was a kid. If you need good Italian food, everything on the menu is good. It is a smaller restaurant but the music and vibe is always great! I love how nice and homey the staff is to you at any point. I can in on a Wednesday and ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo. When you order most entrees you get a complimentary salad. It usually is just lettuce, cucumber, and tomato and whichever sauce you want. This is just fine with me to get you started before your meal. I didn't order it this time but the garlic cheese bread is to die for. When my food came out, I enjoyed it just as much as every other time I come here! I am glad they have stayed open throughout the years! Everyone needs to come over and check this place out!"

"We've ordered from here before and loved it. This time was not the best. We ordered the Sicilian Pizza which is supposed to be square but it wasn't. Not that big of deal for us. The thing that sucked was instead of proscuitto they used country ham. It was terrible. It was soooo salty. There's a big difference between the two. The cheesy bread is delicious. The Arlington Pizza was awesome. They also have an option to build your own calzone with sauce options like pesto, alfredo and garlic sauce which we love. Just do yourself a favor and don't order anything with proscuitto unless you want salty country ham."

"this place is just beautiful. the atmosphere is refined and elegant, but does not feel excessively full or pretentious. our waitress was warm and friendly. eating is simple/classical fine essmesse. I give him a 4 stars instead of 5, because the prices for such a simple straight measurement are quite high. for 40-50 dollars I would hope that there is something with a little more pizazz on the menu. But if they were in the mood for a decent steak, maische kartoffeln, a big piece chocolate cake, etc. they can not beat it."

"Ordering delivery from this restaurant through Doordash comes with a risk. Despite requesting no ice cream for my drink, it was still delivered with ice cream. Additionally, the order was missing a straw and sauce. The sauce packets were simply stuck to the receipt in the bag. Now, my children and I are left with dry fries. I wish the restaurant had followed the instructions and paid attention to detail. It's disappointing that they didn't read the receipt properly, even though the bag was sealed. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating for me."

"Really excellent Turkish food! We haven't had a meal like this since our favorite Turkish restaurant in Fairfax closed a few years ago. It was very crowded, so the service was not as attentive as we might have expected. Also, the parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver. Overall, an outstanding meal and a really good value!"
