"Would give zero stars if possible!! Waited just under 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get to the order box, waited 2 minutes there until somebody said we'll be right with you. Now at this point I had wanted to leave the drive-thru lane however there was traffic behind me, in front of me and next to me was some sort of White Castle maintenance truck. After 25 minutes they're ready to take my order, I pull up around the corner instead of ordering thinking I could just drive out and leave only to find I'm blocked in! Car in front of me needs another 4 minutes before they get there food. I pull up finally after half an hour to the window and ask for the manager, basically she laughs at me and tells me I only waited 2 minutes and what is my problem? I said I waited 20 minutes and nobody even came to take my order and now I'm stuck here I can't drive out of the lane, she points to the truck and says this is an important truck that's doing work for White Castle, I said okay but waiting 25 minutes to just order fast food is not realistic. The cashier laughed while the manager told me I was lying, interesting how these were not teenagers rather they were full grown women easily in their 40s. Of course this review will mean nothing, there will always be demand for White Castle because the burgers taste pretty good, and neither franchisor or franchisee will do anything to improve their service levels. I recommend finding any other fast food quick service restaurant in the area other than this particular location."
