"Incredible dinner! Celebrated a friends birthday and all of us were given complementary glasses of champagne and free birthday dessert. The owner came over and spoke to us which made us feel at home. Food was incredible, highly recommend the French onion soup and pesto gnocchi. Will absolutely be back next time we are in the Avon/Vail area."

"When my soup arrived as an appetizer, I found a long hair inside the bowl after a few spoonfuls, so I returned it. I declined the waiter's offer of a replacement dish as I was concerned it might come from the same pot as the original bowl. Instead, I ordered a different, slightly more expensive appetizer. When the bill arrived, I was surprised to see that Mirabelle had charged me for the more expensive substitute appetizers. I expected that they would not charge me, as other restaurants have done in similar situations with their food quality issues (which are very rare for me). Additionally, both my wife and I found our dishes to be too salty (despite regularly enjoying well-cooked food - the fish and lamb were overly salty). I chose not to dispute the charges for the appetizer or the salty food at the restaurant, as I did not want to cause a scene during our anniversary celebration at this very elegant restaurant."

"This is a great little restaurant. I spent a lot of time in Thailand, so I'm picky about my Thai food. Pad se ew is the court I always order when I go to a new Thai restaurant, and her was very good! I will visit this restaurant at any time when I find myself on this side of the city. Their flavors are very authentic, the staff was very attentive, and the food was served quickly. I would recommend that to anyone who enjoys Thai food is right! Thank you, June!"

"last minute reservations were made for 8:00 clock, as nothing was available earlier. we arrived 15-30 minutes early and the hostesses were friendly and accommodating. we sat in a room without other guests close. fondue for 2 and the brüssel sprouts appetizer were ordered for our party of 3. the aromen were amazing so we added another order of the brüssel spouts as side for the entreen. the pork and calf carvings were divided among us 3 and were plentiful. unique flavors on taking German potato salad added the meal. if you can't decide, go for the black option. amys service was excellent and we would highly recommend eating at the creations of the chef adam. the only disappointment was not enough room to inquire about dessert."

"Video doesn't lie. Ate at bar, bugs flying everywhere, made it to steak and several landed in my plate, sure I'd already ate several. Sadly had to ask manager to comp my meal and if I was with my gal she'd freak the f out! Restaurant aware of bugs but still served food at bar, not good..I did leave server 30% tip..this is on management"

"Hands down THE BEST MEAL that we 've had in OBX in 10 years. I 'm not exaggerating, either. From first taste to last byte, we both were blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and abundance of flavor. I had the Mojo Fish Chips (with fresh caught spotted trout) and my wife had the Everything Tuna. Light and well balanced with excellent sides (the crispy smashers, coleslaw, avocado puree, coconut rice, side salad with cucumber, carrot, edamame, and soy dressing were all shared with enthusiasm). Our drinks (Effen Good Cucumber Lemonade and Lavender Bees Knees) were unique and excellent. All of the seafood was caught that day out of Hatteras and many of the ingredients are sourced locally. The atmosphere was beachy casual. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The owner/chef even stopped by our table to check on our meals demonstrating their commitment to quality. No matter where you are staying, put this restaurant on your must go list."

"Oh Nemo, my love. This is my favorite restaurant of all time. Not only because of the amazing food, delicious drinks that'll knock your socks off, and weekly unique specials, but because of the incredible staff. Lynn, Mike, Helen, Courtney everyone! We were treated to some outstanding appetizers. Our steaks were perfection and our sides of lobster pasta and jambalaya were beyond delicious. We make several trips to Strip throughout the year, usually for special occasions and absolutely love it. I greatly appreciate the exceptional service and phenomenal food. "I came here on a Friday night with my husband to enjoy a happy hour and then dinner. We have about 5pm there and were able to easily get parking in the lot. We could get two seats at the bar, but the person is it a popular place for happy hour! The specialties on the menu are great, especially the drinks. There were funny cocktails and then many beers up and some house wine. For dinner we could sit near a fireplace in a rustic room, very funny decoration. Our waitress Matt was amazing and so friendly and often followed us. The food options were good, much to choose and something for everyone. I have the duck and my husband has the short ribs. It's delicious. My only criticism is that the ducks generally do not have a lot of vegetables, especially meat and a carb. I definitely recommend a stop!"

They don't wait till late night, seems like the hours are pretty early. we will definitely go back, we are new in the opposite and try to find that special place was hard."
