"We eat at Sake 1-2 times a month on average. The food is always great. Unfortunately, the service has been slipping. The last 3 times we've been there, we waited 15-20 minutes before seeing a server. This past Friday (restaurant half full), I had to go to the front desk to have a server take our order. She was very attentive once she knew we were her table. She said the hostess never told her. Regardless of the why's, they need to fix a recurring issue. We've heard from friends that also love their food, that they have had similar service issues recently."

"Well....went for lunch today not very busy. Wait staff greeted us and was friendly. We ordered grinders which came with either a side salad or fries. We thought it was strange when she asked, Do you want to add a side salad or fries ? We said, no thanks . We assumed they would automatically come with fries....wrong. Grinders came and no fries. Bill asked to see menu thinking maybe we misunderstood, nope. When we brought it to her attention she said, I asked you if you wanted to add a salad or fries . So.....I would give them a little more time to get use to the menu. Food was good and severe was attentive asking several times if we need anything else."

"Just walked out. First and last time trying this place. All their cut rolls were bland, can't really taste the fish. We ordered 5 entries and one of them had a strand of hair wrapped in it. No adult supervision, looked like inexperieced kids were working with a lot to learn. Customer service was missing we had to ask 4 times to get extra wasabi and ginger. I guess 3 people had to share the wasabi and ginger."

"The staff was super nice. it was during lunch and a few tables that were still covered with food from mosquitoes that had gone. The food was good. I had the turkey with sweet potatoes. It was a bit frustrating that I had to wait for my food to order Ranch. I tried to ask the register and was told that I had to wait until the food comes to the table to ask for it."

"I came to visit a friend in the valley. I saw a rival Greek restaurant and suggested that we eat Mediterranean food. He made the decision to keep me away from this restaurant and the Pita Kitchen. I was a little surprised by this movement, but was so glad he did. Pita kitchen was all I was looking for. I ordered a big court to try several things. They take their food seriously, which was proven by their hummus. OMG was amazing! Only the attention to detail on a basic food shows how extraordinary their food really is. The rice carried it weight enough to eat alone. I chose the Chicken Shawarma for a protein and added Falafel. I was satisfied with the rest of the day and had to share my experience with my mother at home as I knew she was jealous. I love this place!"

"First time trying this place, I really enjoyed the food, and the presentation. The waitress was friendly. Had an enjoyable experience except for a host of flies that were bothering us since we sat down. It was terrible they were landing on us, spent the whole time swatting them away from our food. I was also thirsty, my cup was empty most of the time, but maybe they dont do refills. I really enjoyed it and would want to come back but would not want to deal with the flies again, so maybe I will just order take-out."

"Waiting in the drive-thru line for over 25 minutes for just one drink is unbelievably unacceptable. The car in front of me was also waiting for that same amount of time, if not longer, as there was another car in front of them when I arrived. The employee at the window did not offer an apology. The management should address this issue and hire more staff if they are unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I was thinking of trying this restaurant for a full meal, but after this experience, I am hesitant to wait over 25 minutes again."

"staff is super friendly, but when you go to drive-thru and your order is confirmed, and still received your order incorrect, it?s frustrating because now I have to get off my car and get get my order corrected. I advised the guy that I purchased 2 extra sauces, to his response ?they?re on the bag? when I knew they weren?t there because he only switched the food bags with my correct order, and the sauces were inside the other bag, but the fact that he didn?t even looked through the order and make sure that everything is in the bag, really frustrated me. And when I say didn?t go through the order it?s because I went through it when he was getting the hot sauce asked for, and noticed my coleslaw wasn?t in the bag either. I didn?t mentioned anything because at this point it?s frustrating when you get your order incorrect, have to get off your car, mentioned i paid for extra sauce, and didn?t even acknowledge that it wasn?t in my bag, and then to see I?m still missing items. That is really poor customer service by this guy. This is why I?m writing this bad experience."

"the first time here and I was not disappointed! the only thing I would change is the fact that they have the same song on repetition and I was there for an hour in a half! it was great so that the song became quite annoying. but we laughed about it! oh, me! oh my mine! I ordered the pick 3 appetizer platter with fried pickles, fried green tomatoes and hush puppies. all were amazing and my favorite were the fried green tomaten! soou good! we also ordered the dunken catfish with dirty rice instead of white, side of the red beans and rice, a combo plate with darkened crust and dirty rice, and used a crust cake! have loved everything! I just wish I had enough space to order the bananenpudding! I will be back in any case!"

"These are the best Starbucks!! They are fast, efficient and my drinks are always correct. They always have the food I want and go over and beyond with their customer connections. "told the young American girl that I wanted 8 packs of taco sauce twice in the loudspeaker. when I came into the window, she repeated my order and I asked again about 8 packages medium or hot. Now, unfortunately she doesn't know how to count or read. When I came home, there were only 4 and they were mild. rather look at little girls."
