"We chose this location as we had heard good reviews and they stay open late. The location is cute and can be good for groups or couples. The service was good, they speak English. We had the gyro platter and the schnitzel. It was ok....Nothing out of this world. The schnitzel had a lot of breading, not a lot of flavor but a very large portion. The gyro meat was delicious, the rice that came with it was a tomato based rice. It was a little overpowering. And the tzatziki was bland. The salad was very good. This location is a cash only location."

"the location is easy to find and can work well for groups or couples. we tried the carving and the salmon to dinner and it was fantastic. the carving was tasteful with the perfect amount of bread. the salmon was very well cooked. the salate was cold, crisp and tasteful. had not been in vain for dessert, but would come back here definitiw. all staff were very friendly and spoke English. they can pay with credit card at this place."

"We came here in Christmas for lunch with people! The service was amazing despite the large group size, multiple personal requests and small children. (Have to thank Ms. Woodward for that I can't recall her first name but she had...a team of servers helping her). The food was excellent. I shared the beef dish but also tried the pork. Both were excellent and perfect portion sizes. The fried potatoes (like a hashbrown but better) perfectly accompanied the meals. Ms. Woodward also recommended the wine based on a few of my comments and it was just what I wanted and perfectly complimented the meal. The place itself seems like an old farmhouse located in a small town. The town and restaurant were charming. Other than our group, everyone else seemed to be local. I would it might have been a little overwhelming when our large loud Irish family showed up and ate and drank for two hours. But the staff and customers couldn't have been more gracious! I highly recommend for some amazing food and local charm."

"Some of the nicest people we've met on our travels. The breakfast is fantastic and reasonably priced. If you have a chance to stay the night, definitely ask about their Ferienwohnungs. Much better than a hotel room, their places feel homey and are outfitted with all the things you need to cook your own meal and enjoy a nice time with your fellow travelers. They have one or two bedroom apartments with all the amenities."

"This place is one of my favorites in bad windsheim. The food is always fantastic, i recently had a salmon dish which i can easily say was some of the best salmon i have ever had!Location is excellent, right around the corner from the Marktplatz which is the market square. The staff are always polite and helpful, their English is perfect and English menus are available. Maura who owns the restaurant is very friendly and always makes an effort to make you feel welcome. Prices are very reasonable, much cheaper than the UK but probably mid range for the area. The restaurant also does take away."

"now Monday it is not easy to find a restaurant which is good in certain districts. my gast had ordered wild leaves. knödel boiled dead and the meat undefined. I had carved with potato salad. had asked if the potato salad is freshly prepared and the carving is roasted in the pan. Yeah, that was it, but in ranty fat, and the potato salad was more of a buffalo. only the supplemental salad was ok. that is not fair to the price. Pity"

"who wants to go to the italian is completely wrong here.The facility of the local reminds of kantine rather than an Italian restaurant. negatiw also the constant phone ringing at the counter, as the main business is probably on the pick-up service, which also leads to the need to wait for a very long time for the meal. wc system: don't go! eat: average! So we will not go here anymore, and are certainly not demanding guests, but with Italian restaurant it really has nothing to do! the photo here with the beautifully covered board was probably prepared and does not correspond to what we found."
