"With friends from the area around Memmingen we had arranged again for Christmas brunch at the Hotel Restaurant SONNENGARTEN in the spa town of Bad Wörishofen. The long-ordered table in the aquarium was decorated again very firmly and we were welcomed as always very friendly. After opening at 11.30 we had breakfast at home. After the welcome champagne we ordered a large bottle of mineral water and a good TROLLINGER and then the RUN started to warm up on the once again great menu: There was a Swabian festive soup. Who wanted a great salad from the big salad buffet. As tasty appetizers were offered: salmon whole with dill, mustard, honey sauce (my favorite food), a selection of smokers with cream rod, pink roasted beef with remoule sauce, a colorful poultry plate with fruits and curry sauce, delicious deer pastes with sauce cumberland, as well as various anti pasti. The workstation was freshly prepared at the table: PASTA with vegetables, olives, tomato sauce and grated parmesan. As a main dish were offered: a) deer roast in juniper sauce, as well as c) eagle fish fillet on herbal sauce with fennel roasted. In addition, as supplements: butter, parsley potatoes, pasta, market vegetables and blue herbs. A wonderful dessert buffet with waffles cherries, cakes, frying apple with vanilla sauce, an fruit plate, glowing wine cream, mouse au chocolate and various ice creams offered the successful conclusion of this magnificent Christmas brunch we always like to visit. Further brunch appointments are available on 7. January 2018, 4 February 2018 and 4 March 2018 thereafter each 1st Sunday of the month. Regular table reservation is definitely recommended."
