"Normally I love Dunkin’ and do not leave bad reviews. However, the vast majority of the time I go to this Dunkin location specifically they get my order incorrect. Today, for example, I ordered a medium vanilla swirl latte with extra espresso and the 2 for 4 maple bacon wraps.1. The employee over the speaker replied, “ok ok go to window” when I was done, he never gave me a total and sounded like he was half paying attention2. The window total was $5 so I knew the order taker didn’t add the wraps3. After the cashier at the window added the wraps, he added the wrong ones (regular bacon, not maple bacon)4. When I get my latte I find out they did vanilla shots not vanilla swirl which is VERY different. It was so bitter, artificial, and chemically tasting I couldn’t even finish it. NOTE: make sure you emphasize as strongly as you possibly can that you want SWIRL if you want a sweet coffee. This is the most common mistake they make, they give me shots. Even if I just say “vanilla latte” I still get shots. I don’t know why they do this, if it happens when they don’t feel like changing out the syrup pump or what, but I can’t count the number of times I get those 0 sugar shots instead of the sweet swirl. It happens to my husband and friends too when they go here, so I know it’s not just me.Very, very disappointed with this store. Again, I like Dunkin, but there are much better locations around here that will get your order right and also not give you a hard time about using any offers (another quick side rant, they tried saying their computers went down after they scanned my T Mobile Tuesday $2 coupon AND claimed they didn’t scan it even though I saw the total go down, and out of curiosity tried using it at a different location only to find out it’s been redeemed).Seriously, I don’t know what it is with this store or its management. Contacting customer service accomplishes nothing, either. If you want a consistent positive experience drive a little further out of your way to a better Dunkin’."

"The good: The restaurant was not busy, we were greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress did a good job getting our drinks and appetizers and our dinners came out quickly. The bad: my husband ordered the broccoli slaw with his meal. He took one bite and knew it was spoiled, it smelled like sour milk to me. We told the waitress and the response she got from the kitchen was that it was probably just the smell of the vinegar. Definitely not. She also said she told her manager and she offered to bring my husband another side which he declined. I had ribs with a side of jasmine rice and elote. After taking a bite or two of my rice I noticed something shiny which turned out to be a piece of aluminum foil. When our waitress came back to the table with our check I showed her the aluminum foil. She apologized and said she was going to tell the manager, but that she didn't even know how that could possibly happen since the rice comes in individual packages. After speaking to her manage she came back to the table to get our check. I was shocked that up to this point the manager didn't take the opportunity to come and speak to us directly, there was also no offer made to credit any part of our meal. Manager immediately started making excuses about the spoiled salad but he couldn't explain the foil. He said that he left it up to the waitress to make it right but in all honesty, she seemed like she may have been new and was just repeating information to us that she was being told. Not one penny was deducted from our check for the food we couldn't eat. The manager offered us a credit to come back later which I declined. We won't be returning."

"Well I love this place and I will never say that their food is horrible because honestly they have the best bagels that I've ever had. So I will keep it focused on their customer service and the delivery service app that they are currently partnering with. November 1st today, I ordered brunch menu this morning to feed my family of 6 and went back to sleep because I dont usually eat mine later the day. Well, when my dad received the order at the door, my mom woke me up and showed me the food they received because she knew that something didn't make sense. And she was right.. they are just bagels.. i never order just bagels from this place. So when I tried to get my money back at least the differentials from Doordash. They didn't give me the money back with differential. So I dressed and drove there. A dozen bagels is 15 dollars and brunch box is 35. The Doordash only gave me 10 dollars back. When I arrived to talk to the manager, he saw the receipt and the receipt on the app So he put the ordered in for brunch box. I had the pictures for my wrong order and I didn't show it. He said the because I ordered from the Doordash I was charged with however much... and he said he gave me the brunch box for free. However, even I really appreciated his customer service, I went there to receive the order that I originally wanted. When he said the brunch box was free I feel like he should have said that the bagels were free because I didn't want them in the first place. I really love einstein bros bagels and I'm sorry that this happened and I believe that their leadership in the store will take care of it for sure. I decided to write this review not because of what happened. It's because how two different business services collaboration can fail when there is an error or wrongfully used by who are under these businesses. I mean how on earth someone believes that when there is obviously sign?"
